Breastfeeding Support

is available at The Triangle with BABIES who meet every Tuesday morning.  Sensitive, private and free support to help you with anything related to breastfeeding.

Computer Club

meets again on 10th January to help you sort out those ‘How do I……………’  problems. They take a break on 17th January and then run through until half term

Liss Film Club

Join us tonight for the screening of Baghdad Cafe 7pm for 7.30pm.
Bagdad Cafe, which Adlon wrote with his wife, Eleonore, and Christopher Doherty, is a miracle of timing and control for all its aura of zany, off-the-cuff spontaneity. It is the work of a director who has such a clear idea of what he wants and where he’s going that he can take his time to build up every joke for the maximum payoff.

Liss Community Association requires a  Community Centre Manager (25 hours per week) £17,485 with 4 weeks holiday plus 8 bank holidays


The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Experience and enjoyment of working with people and community groups in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Successful experience or ability to demonstrate skills for first line staff support and management
  • Be motivated, flexible, self-starter and a strong team player
  • Bags of initiative, ideas, drive and enthusiasm!
